PATIENT DISCHARGE
  • Patients who are discharged, should vacate the room by 12 noon, else they will be charged for the day.
  • Kindly return the Attendant Pass / Credit Card at the Indoor Registration Counter.
  • Please ensure to carry all the investigation reports & discharge summary, while leaving the hospital.
  • Please hand over all the articles belonging to the hospital to the Sister in-charge, else they will be billed to your acount..
  • No discharges are given on Sundays & Holidays. SORRY.
